Karma Yoga  : Work is the Worship of the Lord

Karma Yoga Removes the impurities of the mind.It prepares the mind for reception of divine light, divine grace and Divine Knowledge. Work without egoism, feel you are an instrument in the hand of lord. Surrender always your action and their fruits to the lord. Have equal vision and balanced mind in peace & pain, gain & loss, Success & failure. Do not expect even thanks or appreciation for your work . Do actions as your duty, duty for duty’s sake. Watch for opportunities for service, never miss a single opportunity.

Do not make any level difference between our work.

How does excellence in work become Yoga?

By preparing the mind to comprehend the essential functions of yoga. ie. to attain the purity of the mind and reason  through service and selflessness.

To achieve excellence one must control the mind. So that requisite concentration can be achieved.  With practice this control over senses and the mind reaches the degree of perfection where the spiritual aspirant (Sadhaka) can understand the value and necessity of selfless service and renunciation to enjoy the higher state of bliss. The concentrated mind can find out mysteries by its own. Then even though the person may appear to be fully engaged in the activities he is enjoying “state of freedom” that his actions- spiritual discipline- have made possible for him. Like a bird his mind hankers for the freedom to roam in the realm of Absolute.

 As a pregnant woman is gradually freed from daily routine as her term matures, one ia required to concentrate on bare minimum activities essential for the timely and safe delivery, so also a Sadhaka is relieved of his duties and karma to seek the absolute.This is the state of desirable inactivity, which comes through the practice of Karma Yoga itself. 

Romance  : I like to view this is something different from fall in love with someone. Instead it is the ability of mind to find joy in life, It is a mean to enjoy the sweetness of life. Looking the world with a smile, feeling the rhythm of life, hearing the song of nature, feeling freshness in every action. Romance flushes out the shadow of worries, hatred in fact it would fill our mind with enthusiasm. It is a divine feeling.
